Privacy Policy

Palavra Cristã is a spiritual growth app that offers Bible reading, prayers, a journal and AI-assisted guidance. The service is operated by AJP Digital, who acts as the controller of the personal data processed in the app and is responsible for deciding the purposes and means of that processing. • Account: email and user identifier, used to authenticate access.
• Spiritual profile: answers from the initial interview (life stage, goals and preferences) used to personalize content.
• App usage: habit records, favorites, journal entries, prayer requests and conversations with the Christian AI.
• Notifications: when you authorize it, we store your browser's push subscription to send reminders.
• Subscription: active plan, free trial already used, and validity dates.

We do not sell personal data and do not use your notes for advertising.

• Personalize verses, devotionals, prayers and recommendations.
• Keep the history of your journey, streaks and favorites.
• Send reminders that you configured yourself.
• Control access to your plan's features and the single free trial period per email.

• Performance of a contract: account creation, delivery of features, subscription management and support.
• Consent: spiritual profile, journal entries, push notifications and marketing communications — revocable at any time in the app.
• Legitimate interest: security, fraud and abuse prevention, and product improvement.
• Legal obligation: keeping tax records and responding to competent authorities.

• Stripe — payment processor: Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates) processes payments, subscriptions, taxes and invoices on behalf of AJP Digital, who is the seller of record for orders. When you subscribe, the data needed for billing (name, email, country, payment details and invoice history) is processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/br/privacy. We do not store card numbers.
• Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, authentication, notifications and transactional emails.
• Language model providers: only the text necessary to generate the Christian AI's reply.
• Professional advisors and authorities: when required by law or to defend rights.

Some of these providers are outside Brazil; in those cases transfers are made with standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.

When you use the Christian AI, your text is sent to language model providers only to generate the reply. Frequent answers are cached to reduce cost and speed up usage. The AI does not speak on behalf of God, does not create new doctrine, and does not replace pastoral, medical or psychological guidance.

Data is kept on managed servers with access restricted by per-user security rules: each person can only access their own records. Part of the content (Bible and guides) stays on your device so it works offline.

• Access and correct your profile data inside the app.
• Confirm the processing, request portability, restriction or objection, revoke consent and file a complaint with the data protection authority (ANPD).
• Revoke notifications at any time in the settings.
• Delete your account and all personal data through the app itself, in Profile → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

We keep your data while the account exists. After deletion, we keep only the minimal record that an email has already used the free trial, to prevent new redemptions, and tax records of purchases for the applicable legal period. Data with no purpose is deleted or anonymized.

We use local storage and essential cookies to keep the session and theme/accessibility preferences. Analytics or marketing cookies, when used, depend on your consent and can be managed in your browser settings.

The app is intended for people 13 years and older. Minors should use it under a guardian's supervision.

We may update this policy. Relevant changes will be announced inside the app.
