How to cancel
- 1Open the app and go to Profile → Subscription.
- 2Tap “Manage my subscription” (this screen).
- 3Tap “Cancel or change payment” and confirm cancellation on the secure page.
- 4You'll get an email confirmation; access continues until the end of the paid period.
If you subscribed through an app store (Google Play or App Store), cancellation is done in the store's own subscriptions, on the account used for the purchase.
Refund and renewal
Renewal happens automatically on the date shown above. We offer a 30-day guarantee: refund requests made within 30 days of the charge are refunded in full. To request a refund, use the "Cancel or change payment" button above or write to contato@palavracrista.com.br with the purchase email.
